At Wrapriod.online, we strive to deliver the highest quality chocolates to your door. Because our products are perishable food items, our refund and return policy differs from typical e-commerce stores. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.


1. General Policy (All Sales are Final)

Due to the nature of chocolate and food safety standards:

  • All sales are considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for products based on taste preference or a change of mind.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

2. Conditions for a Refund or Replacement

We will only consider a refund or replacement if the product you receive falls into one of the categories below. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of the delivery date shown on your tracking information.

A. Damaged or Defective Product

If your chocolates arrive significantly damaged, such as being crushed or compromised in a way that affects edibility due to a fault in packaging or handling before delivery:

  • We will require: Clear photographic evidence of the damage to the product and the shipping box.
  • We will review the claim and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or a full refund for the damaged items.

B. Severe Melting (Shipping-Related)

We take significant precautions (including insulated packaging and ice packs during warm weather, as detailed in our Shipping Policy). However, in the event of severe melting that renders the chocolate inedible, the policy depends on the shipping method chosen:

  • If you chose Expedited or Overnight Shipping: We will honor a replacement or refund, provided the package was delivered on the first attempt.
  • If you chose Standard Shipping during warm weather (temperatures above 75∘F or 24∘C): We cannot guarantee against melting, and no refund or replacement will be provided. This is due to the inherent risk of slower transit.

C. Incorrect Order

If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered (e.g., you ordered dark chocolate truffles, but received milk chocolate bars):

  • We will ship the correct item to you or provide a full refund for the incorrect item.

3. Exclusions (When We Cannot Offer a Refund)

We cannot issue refunds or replacements in the following situations:

  • Incorrect Address: The order was shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts: The carrier was unable to deliver the package on the first attempt no one was home, or the package was refused , leading to delays and product spoilage.
  • Unattended Packages: Packages left outside for extended periods after delivery, resulting in melting or spoilage.
  • Taste Preference: You simply did not like the flavor of the chocolate.
  • Shipping Delays: Delays caused by the shipping carrier (once the package leaves our facility, its transit is outside of our control).

4. How to Submit a Refund Claim

If your order qualifies under Section 2, please follow these steps:

  2. In your email, include your Order Number and a detailed description of the issue.
  3. Attach clear photos of the product, the affected area, and the shipping box.

5. Canceled Orders

Orders can only be canceled if the request is received before the order has been processed for shipment. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel. We cannot guarantee cancellation once the order is in the fulfillment stage.
