1. Processing Time

Order Verification & Preparation: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) of receiving payment confirmation.
High-Volume Periods: During peak seasons (major holidays like Christmas), processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience!

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the following factors:

Weight of your order.
Shipping Method selected.
Destination address.
Insulated Packaging: During warmer months, a small surcharge is automatically added for thermal packaging and ice packs to protect your chocolates.

4. Temperature Control & Warm Weather Shipping

The quality of our chocolate is our top priority.

Insulated Packaging: All orders shipped during [Insert Warm Weather Months, e.g., May to September] or to areas with temperatures above 75∘F(24∘C) will automatically include:
- Insulated Box Liner or Bag: To maintain a cool internal temperature.
- Frozen Gel Packs or Dry Ice: To keep the chocolate from melting.
Shipping Recommendations: To prevent melting, we strongly recommend choosing Expedited or Overnight Shipping during warmer periods.
Melted Chocolate Policy: We cannot guarantee chocolates against melting if you choose Standard Shipping during warm weather. We are not responsible for packages left unattended after delivery.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package’s progress.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive the email.

6. Important Shipping Policies

Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Wrapriod.online is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. A fee may apply for redirecting packages.
Delivery Attempts: We recommend shipping to an address where someone is available to receive the package, especially for chocolate. We are not responsible for packages left outside in the heat or inclement weather.
International Shipping:[We ship worldwide! Wrapriod ensures your products reach you safely, no matter where you are.
